Magnesium
Description
Magnesium plays a role in many cellular functions, including those involving phosphoralations oxydaires, glycolysis, DNA transcription and protein synthesis.
The adult human body contains approximately 25 g of magnesium, 50 to 60% are located in the bone. Under normal conditions, in healthy individuals, 30 to 50% of ingested magnesium can be aborbé. In case of high dietary intake, kidney removes excess magnesium as the mechanism of renal reabsorption of magnesium operates at a rate close to saturation. Needs
The 100% value in the ANC Nutritiomètre ® is 6 mg per kg of body weight of people, regardless of gender, with necessary supplements for teenagers, pregnant women and aallaintes.
The maximum input can be set to the value 200% ANC (although these can be important inputs without adverse consequences due to renal homeostasis), and providing a minimum of 60% in the Nutritiomètre ®.
