The recommendations in the distribution of saturated fatty acids, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated place subjects in terms of mastery almost optimal nutrition and reduced the exogenous cholesterol below 200-300 mg per day does not seem to likely to significantly influence the risk. Recommendations limiting the supply of exogenous cholesterol does therefore seem justified for the hypercholesterolemic population.
